A proven influencer who makes an impactful difference operating with Boards and C-level decision makers. She believes in collaboration and resilience, having thrived in complex matrix organisations. As a leader she creates an inclusive environment for her team to prosper and deliver on business objectives. Passionate about making the world a better place, she fell into the Risk & Compliance during academia and specialised her career so far in the financial crime industry, implementing large programs, advising and building next generation solutions.
